Welcome to Shop Linna. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of shoplinna.com (the "Site") and any purchases you make from us. By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.
If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Site.
1. About Us
Shop Linna ("we," "us," or "our") is a California-based small business specializing in hand-drawn greeting cards and paper goods made from 100% recycled materials and shipped in eco-friendly packaging.

2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to place an order on the Site. By using the Site, you represent that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.
3. Account Registration
You may browse the Site without an account, but certain features — such as order history and saved addresses — require account registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Please notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use.
4. Products, Pricing, and Availability
We aim to display our products, colors, and finishes as accurately as possible, but because our items are printed on recycled materials and include hand-drawn artwork, slight variations in color, texture, and finish are part of the character of each piece and are not defects.
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to:
- Correct pricing errors or inaccuracies at any time, including after an order has been placed
- Limit quantities on any order
- Discontinue products at any time
- Refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including orders that appear to be fraudulent or placed in violation of these Terms
If we cancel an order after payment, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.
5. Orders and Payment
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. An order is accepted only when we send a confirmation email or ship the product. We accept the payment methods listed at checkout. You are responsible for any applicable taxes, duties, or fees.
6. Shipping
We ship domestically and, where available, internationally. Estimated shipping times are provided at checkout and are not guaranteed.
Eco-friendly packaging. Consistent with our commitment to sustainability, we ship orders in recycled and recyclable packaging materials, including paper mailers, recycled cardboard, and paper tape wherever possible. Because we prioritize plastic-free, low-waste packaging, some items may be packaged more simply than you may be used to — this is intentional and part of our environmental commitment.
Risk of loss and title for products passes to you when we deliver the package to the shipping carrier. We are not responsible for delays, damage, or losses caused by the carrier, although we will do our best to help resolve any issues.
7. Returns and Exchanges
We want you to love your Shop Linna order. If you are not satisfied, please email us at info@shoplinna.com with your order number in the subject line and the reason for your return, and we will do our best to accommodate you.
- Within 7 days of delivery: eligible for a full refund to your original payment method
- Between 8 and 30 days of delivery: eligible for store credit
- After 30 days: we are unable to accept returns
Additional conditions:
- Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging
- Custom, personalized, and sale items are final sale and not eligible for return unless defective
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective or shipped in error
- Refunds and store credits are issued once we receive and inspect the returned item
A note on sustainability. In keeping with our low-waste mission, we ask customers to reuse the original packaging where possible when returning items and to consider whether a return is truly needed before requesting one. Reducing unnecessary shipping helps lower the environmental impact of every order.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site — including hand-drawn artwork, illustrations, designs, photographs, text, graphics, logos, product imagery, and the selection and arrangement of that content — is the property of Shop Linna or its licensors and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not, without our prior written permission:
- Copy, reproduce, scan, photograph, trace, or redraw our artwork or designs
- Use our artwork or designs on products you sell or distribute, including physical goods, digital downloads, or print-on-demand items
- Modify, adapt, or create derivative works based on our content
- Use our trademarks, brand name, or logos in any way that suggests endorsement or affiliation
- Scrape, data-mine, or use automated tools to extract content from the Site
- Use our content to train machine learning or artificial intelligence models
All rights not expressly granted to you are reserved by Shop Linna. Unauthorized use of our artwork or designs may result in legal action.
9. User-Submitted Content
If you submit reviews, photos, comments, or other content to the Site or to our social media channels (collectively, "User Content"), you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual, transferable license to use, reproduce, display, and distribute that content in connection with our business, including marketing. You represent that you own or have the necessary rights to the User Content you submit and that it does not infringe on anyone else's rights.
We reserve the right to remove any User Content at our discretion.
10. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to use the Site to:
- Violate any applicable law or regulation
- Infringe the intellectual property or other rights of any party
- Transmit any harmful code, malware, or interfere with the Site's operation
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site or our systems
- Harass, abuse, or harm another person
- Engage in fraudulent activity, including payment fraud
11. Disclaimers
The Site and all products are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that content on the Site is accurate or complete.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any warranty or right that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Shop Linna and its owners, employees, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site or our products, including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the Site will not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the limitation of certain damages, so some of the above may not apply to you.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Shop Linna, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any claim, loss, liability, or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your violation of these Terms, your misuse of the Site, or your infringement of any third-party rights.
14. Third-Party Links
The Site may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party site, and we encourage you to review their policies before using them.
15. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to us, other users, or third parties. Upon termination, the provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive will continue to apply.
16. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms and any dispute arising out of or related to them or your use of the Site are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. You agree that any legal action or proceeding will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in California, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
17. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top. Material changes will be communicated through the Site or by email where appropriate. Your continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
18. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other policies posted on the Site, constitute the entire agreement between you and Shop Linna regarding your use of the Site and supersede any prior agreements.
