It’s our top priority for our customers to be completely satisfied with their LINNA purchase.

We accept returns for full refund up to 7 days after receiving your order, and store credit after 7 days up to 30 days of receiving your order.

Refunds or credits will be refunded when item or tracking number is received. Customer is responsible for return shipping fees. To start your return, please email us at with your order number in the subject line, and your reason for returning, and we will do our best to accommodate you. 

Please note: It’s important to remember that we are not the shipping company itself, and therefore have no control of orders once they are given to the shipping company.

All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.

Standard delivery usually takes around 7 business days.

If your order hasn't arrived after two weeks, please contact us and we will look into the details.

Keep a close eye on delivery notifications. If your order has been delivered to the correct address, but you can't find it, it is not responsibility of LINNA. Every carrier has insurance for missing packages, and we're happy to help facilitate that process.
