SHIPPING

  • All orders will be shipped within 2-5 business days, except during rush Holiday time (Oct-Dec). Please expect delivery within 6-10 business days during this period. Each item is meticulously wrapped and packaged by hand in our studio to ensure it arrives in excellent condition.
  • We offer free shipping on orders over $75
  • We offer local pickup in Petaluma, Ca. Just check the box at checkout and we'll let you know when your order is ready for pick-up.
  • We ship internationally but please be aware that delivery time and shipping costs are quite high!
  • Please note: It’s important to remember that we are not the shipping company itself, and therefore have no control of orders once they are given to the shipping company. If your order has been marked delivered but you can't find it, it is not the responsibility of LINNA, but we hope it turns up!
  • Due to high volume during the holiday season, tracking updates may take longer than normal, and your delivery date is subject to carrier changes. There is always the possibility of shipping delays, so it’s strongly recommended to order as early as possible!

RETURNS

  • We accept returns for full refund up to 7 days after receiving your order, and store credit after 7 days up to 30 days of receiving your order.
  • Customer is responsible for return shipping fees. To start your return, please email us at info@shoplinna.com with your order number in the subject line, and your reason for returning, and we will do our best to accommodate you. 
  • Refunds or credits will be issued when item or tracking number is received.
  • If you received your order with damaged product, please email us pictures of the damage within 2 days of receiving your order, and we will arrange an exchange or refund.
