Refund policy

  • We accept returns for full refund up to 7 days after receiving your order, and store credit after 7 days up to 30 days of receiving your order.
  • Customer is responsible for return shipping fees. To start your return, please email us at info@shoplinna.com with your order number in the subject line, and your reason for returning, and we will do our best to accommodate you. 
  • Refunds or credits will be issued when item or tracking number is received.
  • If you received your order with damaged product, please email us pictures of the damage within 2 days of receiving your order, and we will arrange an exchange or refund.
